The member acknowledges that they are 18 years of age or older, or acting with legal representative approval, and that the information provided is accurate.<\/p>\n<p>The account is personal; the password must be kept confidential, and unauthorized use must be reported immediately. In the event of a security risk, forgery, or unlawful use, the account may be temporarily suspended. The member may close their account at any time. The closure of the account does not eliminate order\/invoice records required to be kept by legislation or ongoing rights regarding returns and defective goods.<\/p>\n<p>Campaign terms are shown with duration, stock, and per-person usage information. Membership cannot be made conditional on giving marketing consent. Personal data is processed in accordance with the KVKK Clarification Text.
