The total price includes all taxes. Shipping and any additional costs will be displayed before the order; no additional payments will be requested without prior approval. The product will be delivered within the promised timeframe, and in any case, within the legal maximum period.
Cancellation and Return
The consumer may withdraw within fourteen days from delivery by sending a clear notification to info@dmmedicine.com or via the return section on the website. Using a form is not mandatory. The product shall be shipped within ten days from the notification via the following method:

No fees are charged to the consumer for returns made via the contracted carrier. The seller shall refund all payments received, including the standard delivery cost, in accordance with the payment method used, within fourteen days from the receipt of the notice of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal may not apply to perishable goods, custom-made items, or products whose protective packaging has been opened after delivery and which are not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons. Being a supplement or cosmetic does not constitute an exception on its own. Optional rights regarding defective goods are reserved.
The consumer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court, depending on the value of the dispute. This form shall be presented before the order in at least a twelve-point equivalent, in a clear and legible manner, and its receipt by the consumer shall be confirmed.
