Orders are prepared after payment confirmation and delivered within the period specified on the product/order page. If no period is specified, the statutory maximum period of thirty days applies.
Orders that have not been shipped can be canceled through your account or customer service. The right of withdrawal applies to shipped products. The consumer makes a withdrawal notification within fourteen days from delivery and sends the product within ten days from the notification.

No fee is charged to the consumer for returns made via the contracted cargo company. The right of withdrawal exception can be applied to products whose protective packaging has been opened and whose return is not suitable in terms of health/hygiene. Simply opening the shipping box does not mean that the protective packaging of the product has been opened.
For defective, incorrect, or missing products, the consumer may exercise their statutory alternative rights; the shipping cost cannot be charged to the consumer. The absence of a report or the original shipping box does not, by itself, eliminate the legal right. The refund is made in accordance with the payment method used for the purchase within the period specified in the legislation.
