Membership is free and, unless explicitly stated otherwise, does not create a subscription or regular payment. The member acknowledges that they are 18 years of age or older, or acting with legal representative approval, and that the information provided is accurate.
The account is personal; the password must be kept confidential, and unauthorized use must be reported immediately. In the event of a security risk, forgery, or unlawful use, the account may be temporarily suspended. The member may close their account at any time. The closure of the account does not eliminate order/invoice records required to be kept by legislation or ongoing rights regarding returns and defective goods.
Campaign terms are shown with duration, stock, and per-person usage information. Membership cannot be made conditional on giving marketing consent. Personal data is processed in accordance with the KVKK Clarification Text. Changes to membership terms cannot be applied retroactively and cannot affect completed orders.
